How the verdict works

Three scores. One rule.

ViralWhy Score

One number out of 10

People 60%, critics 25%, creators 15%. Each critic's official rating is converted to 10; an opinion with no number counts 8 if positive, 5.5 if mixed, 3 if negative. No rating until 30 people have had their say.

Critics

Named reviews, official ratings

Each review is opened and its byline and published rating read off the page. Reviews with no personal byline show as staff reviews. 3 out of 5 or more is positive, below 2.5 negative, between is mixed.

Creators

Established channels only

YouTube reviewers with 100,000 or more subscribers. Each verdict comes from what they say in the video; unclear ones are left out, not guessed.

People

What viewers say

Comments are read by AI in Telugu, Tenglish and English. Fan-war posts and the same sentence pasted on several videos are removed. Under 30 opinions, there is no score.

Voters

Your own verdict

One vote per device per film, which you can change. Votes are counted on their own, apart from the People score, until ticket checks prove who watched.

The rule

Money never touches a score

No producer, star or reviewer can pay to change a number. Scores sum up public opinion. They are not statements of fact about anyone.
